Joe Selsavage

Joe Selsavage joined 23andMe in November 2021 through the acquisition of Lemonaid Health. Joining Lemonaid Health as Chief Financial Officer in 2020, Joe now serves as 23andMe’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Accounting Officer.

Joe has over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance across multiple organizations. Before joining Lemonaid Health, from 2018 to 2020, Joe was a consultant at Red Eclipse Consulting, where he provided accounting and financial systems consulting services. Prior to that, Joe served as the Chief Financial Officer of Metromile, and as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in other financial roles at Hotwire.com (Expedia, Inc.). Prior to 2001, Joe held various finance and accounting roles.

Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Financial Management and his Master of Arts degree in Accountancy from Catholic University and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also an active Certified Public Accountant.
