Ben Randall

Regional Vice President at 24 Hour Fitness

Ben Randall has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Infantryman in the US Marine Corps, where they served as a SMAW gunner responsible for engaging and destroying various targets. After leaving the Marine Corps, they joined 24 Hour Fitness and held several positions including Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, District Fitness Manager, District Manager, General Manager, and ultimately Regional Vice President. Throughout their tenure at 24 Hour Fitness, Ben was involved in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing teams, setting operational goals, providing input on local market trends, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Ben Randall has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sports Management from PennWest California, which they obtained between 2005 and 2012. Ben also attended Palomar College from 1998 to 1999, studying Criminal Justice. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ben has obtained various certifications, including the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in 2021, Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program from LinkedIn in 2020, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2019. Ben also holds certifications in various fitness-related areas, such as the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America CPT, Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor, Military Operations in Urban Terrain Instructor, NESTA CPT, National Academy of Sport Medicine CPT, and TRX Training Instructor.
