Jen Hofeling

Jen Hofeling has a diverse work experience that spans over different roles and companies. Jen started their career in 2005 as a Specialist in Marketing Programs at Jamba Juice. From there, they moved on to Peet's Coffee & Tea, where they worked as a Retail Operations Manager from 2008 to 2011. After that, they joined 24 Hour Fitness, initially as a Sr. Manager of Retail Operations from 2011 to 2020. Jen then progressed to the role of Director of Retail from 2020 to 2021, and later became the Director of Retail and Procurement from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Retail, Procurement, and Commercial Sales at 24 Hour Fitness. In addition to their corporate experience, Jen Hofeling has also founded and serves as the President of the Russ Hofeling Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization that awards scholarships to students seeking education in construction, manufacturing, or industrial trade schools.

Jen Hofeling holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development and Organization & Management from the University of California, Davis. Jen has also obtained additional certifications in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn and Organization and Management.
