Rachel Barre

Rachel Barre has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at 24 Seven Talent since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Market Director for Experis from April 2021 to December 2021, where they focused on helping partners build effective IT workforces.

Before their time at Experis, Rachel was employed at Cella from October 2018 to March 2021, where they held the positions of Market Sales Manager and Branch Manager. During their tenure, they excelled in team building and achieved record numbers.

Rachel also gained experience as an Account Executive at firstPRO 360 from October 2017 to September 2018, where they developed and managed a client book of IT businesses.

Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive at Creative Circle from February 2016 to September 2017. Rachel successfully acquired and grew partnerships with enterprise clients and developed client presentations.

Rachel started their career as a Copywriter 2 at Kasasa by BancVue in August 2015 and later worked as an Inbound Marketing Specialist at SaleAMP from January 2014 to August 2015.

Rachel also gained experience in sales and underwriting at Allegiant Group and GoMedigap from 2012 to 2013 and 2011 to 2012, respectively.

Rachel began their career as a Public Relations and Communications Consultant at Engaging Communication Solutions from February 2008 to December 2010, where they focused on creating and organizing traditional and digital publications and establishing cooperative relationships with consumers and communities.

Rachel Barre has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Georgia State University, with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in English. Rachel also holds a Health and Life Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance and has completed Cyber Security Awareness Training through Kasasa by BancVue.
