Troy Morris has held various positions in the past 14 years. In 2021, they began their role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Of Staff at 240 Tutoring. Prior to this, they were employed by Thomson Reuters from 2009 to 2021, where they held the roles of Sales Manager, Project Manager Scrum Master- Digital Spearhead, Assistant Manager Sales, Account Manager, Northern Midwest, Senior Account Representative, and Account Representative. In 2007, they began their career at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative.

Troy Morris received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing/Management from Hillsdale College, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Wayne State University.
