Arpita Rudra

Arpita Rudra is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in training, operations, and people development across various industries. Currently serving as the Center Head for [24]7.ai in Hyderabad since September 2015, Arpita is responsible for strategy, site performance, and employee engagement for a large delivery center. Previous roles include positions at Vodafone, Genpact, and WNS Global Services, where Arpita specialized in training management, process optimization, and service delivery for global operations. Educational qualifications include a B.Com (Hons) from the University of Calcutta, a PG Diploma in Public Relations, and an MBA in Human Resource from the National Institute of Management.
