Jim Admire is currently serving as the Director of Applications Engineering at [24]7.ai since February 2013. Prior to their current role, Jim gained significant experience as a Senior Manager at Enterprise Services, Software Engineer Lead, Consultant at Radish Systems, LLC, Software Developer at Gold Systems, Inc., Member of Technical Staff at Avaya and Lucent Technologies, Software Engineer at Octel Communications, and Senior Consultant at Keane, Inc. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science for Business from DeVry Institute of Technology. Jim's expertise lies in developing IVR applications, managing Agile teams, working with Java, AWS, REST, and SOAP APIs, and implementing software solutions that have saved clients significant amount of money.
