Donald Chen

Donald Chen is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in various high-profile tech companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Discord since August 2019, Donald previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer. At Instagram from July 2018 to June 2019, Donald contributed to the Video Infra Team, enhancing audio and visual quality and supporting product launches for Direct Voice Messages and IGTV. Prior experience at Lyft from February 2016 to June 2018 involved significant contributions to both the Payments Team and Lyft for Business Team, achieving improvements in user experience and international market readiness. Earlier, Donald interned at Indiegogo and performed as a pianist with the Mozaic Project.
