Kristen Kuyatt, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Digital CX Solutions at [24]7.ai, leading advancements in AI and tech-enabled program transformation. With extensive experience as an executive strategic business advisor on the advisory board for Silicon Valley, Kristen supports tech, finance, and retail brands to enhance customer experiences. Previously, Kristen held significant roles in customer experience leadership at iQor and STARTEK, where strategic marketing and competitive analysis were instrumental. Kristen's educational background includes a PhD in Global Leadership & Change from Pepperdine University, complemented by an M.A. in Communication from Regent University and a B.A. in Mass Communication from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
