Susmita Malik

Susmita Malik currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for [24]7.ai in India since November 2017. Prior to this role, Susmita held prominent HR leadership positions at GENPACT from April 2005 to November 2017, including HR Leader for the Kolkata Operations Centre and Global CSR and Diversity Leader. Susmita has a comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility across various international markets. Earlier experience includes roles at NIIT Limited, where Susmita contributed significantly to project management and business growth initiatives. Susmita's educational qualifications include a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, a CPLP from the American Society for Training and Development, and degrees in English Literature from Jadavpur University.
