Srinivas Ejjagiri

Srinivas Ejjagiri started their career in 2011 as an HR Associate at a confidential company, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to 247Hire as a Sr Sourcing Specialist, responsible for screening and shortlisting resumes, arranging interviews, and interacting with candidates and clients. Srinivas later took on the role of Sr Sourcing Specialist/Team Lead, where they implemented sourcing strategies, managed candidate databases, and collaborated with hiring managers and recruiters. Srinivas'sexpertise includes using job boards, deep-web searches, and client ATS systems, showcasing strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Srinivas Ejjagiri completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from MVN Degree College in 2008. Srinivas then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Grahambell PG College/Vishwa Vishwani Institute of Systems and Management, graduating in 2010.
