Aaron Swan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 1994, they worked as a Network Supervisor at Debari Associates, where they planned and implemented a complete network infrastructure. From 1997 to 2000, they served as the Branch Services Manager at Siemens, managing a team of engineers and ensuring the availability of mission-critical servers for Hoffman laRoche. Aaron then worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers from 2000 to 2004 as an Infrastructure Engineer and Project Manager, where they designed and implemented enterprise network solutions and managed development projects. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Central Regional Manager at Infragistics, leading a team responsible for a significant portion of the Americas, creating training programs, and establishing a consultancy company. In 2015, Aaron joined Electronic Ink as the VP of Client Strategy, where they worked with clients to develop new methods of identity and access management and was accountable for new business and revenue. In 2019, they joined Milliman as the Director of Client Strategy and Sales for their Cyber Risk Solutions, leading security and cyber risk management and developing go-to-market strategies. Most recently, Aaron became the CEO of 24HrTruckServices in 2018, where they focus on automating dispatch and fleet operations in the transportation industry.

Aaron Swan attended Brooklyn Technical high school from 1984 to 1987 and obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Aaron then enrolled at Mercer County Community College in 1996 and completed coursework in Computer Science. In terms of certifications, Aaron obtained a Citrix Certified Sales Professional certification from Citrix in October 2013 and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in September 2021.
