About the role:

In this role, you'll be a key member of the global Aferian Group Marketing team which services two business units - Amino Technologies and 24i.

The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) working from the Brno office, is responsible for managing and executing all efforts to identify, respond to and qualify new business leads and opportunities for 24i and Amino. The ISS acts as the liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams. The ISS works closely with the Marketing & Campaigns Specialist to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Ultimately, the ISS will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

What you will be doing:

  • First line management and ongoing tracking of Amino and 24i web form enquiries;

  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions – as required by the Sales team.

  • Respond to and qualify incoming events, mainly via web inquiries regarding products and

  • services and create a valuable first impression for both businesses.

  • Research, hunt and build new business (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic

  • media research and prospecting) by qualifying lead opportunities.

  • Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.

  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints.

  • Create and maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales lists within defined industries/territories and actively share with marketing and sales

  • Collaborating as a value team member of the sales and marketing department to ensure that jointly sales and marketing teams pursue quality leads (help us become more selective with opportunities)

  • Work with the Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to evaluate and interpret marketing data into actionable insights and management dashboards

  • Work with the Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to manage, support and measure internal and external marketing campaigns as required by the marketing team.

  • Outbound generation of new business opportunities within the target customer profiles (includes set up calls and conduct high level meetings with qualified prospects)

  • Report on your progress weekly, share learnings and best practices

  • Become our HubSpot Guru.

  • Be a champion and ambassador for Aferian corporate values

  • Any other duties as may be required by the Company

Requirements:

  • Proactive with a “can do” attitude and a desire to learn

  • Team player and a self- starter - must be able to take on responsibility and manage own

  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter

  • Confident in interacting with individuals from all levels within the organisation and external contacts - face to face, by telephone, email or otherwise

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Demonstrates role-model of our values: positivism, pro-activity, agile thinking and innovative

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications (not 100% needed):

  • B2B Market research experience

  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or other)

  • Enterprise prospecting experience (Sales Navigator)

  • Deep knowledge of Google Docs

  • Inside sales experience is a plus

  • Marketing or copywriting experience is a plus
