Hermione Kariou has over twenty years of work experience. Hermione began their career in 1997 as an Office Assistant at Alm.Brand Bank in Denmark. In 2003, they moved to the Prefecture of East Attica, Greece, where they worked as an Office Assistant Management. Her role included press office overall supervision, press releases refinement and approval, press conferences, events and exhibitions organisation and supervision, and press archive maintenance. In 2010, they returned to Global Food Experience, where they worked as a Finance Accountant answering directly to the CEO. Her responsibilities included financial analysis, planning and strategy, managing profitability, quality management, forecasting, corporate finance, and developing budgets. Hermione also provided SAP ERP/Financial Accounting, providing financial reports such as balance sheets, P&L statements, or data for VAT returns. In 2017, they continued their work at Global Food Experience as a Finance Manager. Her duties included SAP ERP/Financial Accounting, providing the financial reports such as balance sheet, P&L statements or data for VAT returns, and financial relations with customers and vendors. In 2019, they moved to Radisson Blu Schiphol Airport as an Executive Assistant Manager/Night Team. Finally, in 2022, they began working at 24i as an Office Coordinator/HR.
Hermione Kariou attended The Open University from 2003 to 2005, studying Psychology, and again from 2006 to 2008, studying Finance, General.
