Dima Prisikar

Dima Prisikar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as an Analyst at EY, where they focused on asset valuation and business modeling for transactions advisory. After that, they transitioned to tech and product development, working as a Consultant for various clients in IT, strategy, and finance. In 2017, they co-founded Xigrid Technologies, where they served as the Product Owner and CEO, leading product development for energy-saving and sustainability. They secured support from organizations like the Norwegian Research Council, EU Commission, and Aalto University. Following their time at Xigrid Technologies, Dima worked as an Advisor for Sigmametric and Reholt. They then joined PopCard as a Product Owner, leading the development of a mobile app reward card for cafes and restaurants. However, the business ceased due to the war in Ukraine. Dima later became an Advisor for Advis.me and Retriever before joining McKenzie Digital Group as a Product Owner, a role they held until 2023. Dima Prisikar completed a Master's degree in International Business and Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2014. Dima also obtained a Master's degree in Finance from Odessa State Economics University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Communication and Education from Odessa National University in 2009. Dima Prisikar's Bachelor's degree in Languages, Literature, and Communication was also obtained from Odessa National University in 2007. In addition, Dima Prisikar has taken all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam, completing this qualification in 2016.
