Nina Sandberg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nina started their career as an employee at SF Kino Skien in 2004 and worked there until 2007. In 2009, they worked as a market researcher for Bridge2East in Beijing, China. Nina then interned at LUMA International nv in 2010, where they gained experience in digital and personalized marketing. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Rica Travel Hotel Oslo and Rica Hotel G20, where they held multiple roles including housekeeping assistant, breakfast server, and assistant housekeeper. In 2014, they briefly took on the position of booking responsible during the transition period when Rica Hotels was acquired by Scandic. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Fitness24Seven in customer service and administration, where they also trained new employees and provided support to site responsible personnel. Finally, starting in 2019, they became a customer service agent at 24SevenOffice. Overall, Nina Sandberg has gained extensive experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, and marketing throughout their career.

Nina Sandberg obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Media Culture from Maastricht University in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Communication and Media from Utrecht University of Applied Sciences between 2007 and 2011. In 2009 and 2010, Nina also participated in the Contemporary Chinese Business and Culture Program at Beijing University of Technology. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they studied 3D design and animation at Noroff during 2006 and 2007.
