Hernán Salas Novikova

Hernán Salas Novikova has worked in various roles in the communications and retail industries. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Visual Merchandiser at Inditex. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Floor Team Member at Inditex, Gucci, and AllSaints. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at the Fashion Consulting Group as a Social Media-Manager, PR Assistant, and Public Relations Intern. In 2020, they became Head of Communications at Simla.com en español, where they were responsible for editing and proofreading texts, working with media, developing a communication strategy, creating content, event management, website content, translation, and team management. Hernán achieved notable accomplishments such as implementation and development of reputational projects and events, cutting the cost of target leads by 70%, and developing the wording for the new Simla. In 2022, they became Head of Communications at 24TTL.
