Shamima Begum

Shamima Begum is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications. At Adobe from January 2019 to October 2022, Shamima served as the Head of Corporate Communications for EMEA, focusing on corporate reputation management and brand communications, while also leading communications for the Adobe Women’s FA Cup. Prior roles included Head of UKI Communications, managing corporate, brand, and digital media communications, and Group Manager for executive communications. Shamima has also contributed as a Trustee for the Taylor Bennett Foundation and held various leadership roles at Golin, including Executive Director, where responsibilities included client relationship management and campaign strategy development. Earlier career experiences include roles at FleishmanHillard and Johnson King. Shamima earned a degree in Journalism from Queen Mary University of London.
