Monali Sheth

Monali Sheth has a strong background in data analytics and healthcare. Monali is currently the Director of Data Science at 2600Hz. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Consultant and Senior Consulting Data Analyst at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., where they managed and analyzed complex data lakes for hospitals and medical offices, developed dashboards to measure operational metrics, and designed patient tracking and monitoring dashboards. Before that, they worked as a Quality Compliance Specialist at Nevro, where they developed dashboards to track key quality and operational metrics. Monali also worked as a Senior Analyst, Healthcare at Alameda Alliance for Health, optimizing processes for reporting data and analyzing medical claims. Monali's experience also includes working as a Decision Support Analyst at Stanford Health Care, where they built and administered cost of care programs, developed SQL programs to analyze medical claims data, and created interactive dashboards. Monali began their career as a Product Assurance Analyst at Covidien, where they developed reports and dashboards, conducted statistical analyses, and worked closely with the Medical Director of Patient Safety. Monali also has research experience, having worked as a Research Assistant and Clinical Trial Assistant at Children's Hospital of Oakland Research Institute (CHORI), where they conducted research on the link between irritable bowel syndrome and colon cancer, organized patient binders, coordinated patient enrollment, and tracked participant's food intake and iron levels.

Monali Sheth obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2013. Additionally, they completed a Data Analytics and Visualization Bootcamp at the University of California, Berkeley Extension. Monali has obtained additional certifications in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in April 2022, as well as certifications in SAS Macro Language 1: Essentials and SAS SQL 1: Essentials from SAS in December 2020.
