Alan Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategies and talent acquisition within the technology sector. As the Founder of 270 Growth Partners since March 2024, Alan focuses on empowering tech companies to achieve sustainable growth. Before this role, Alan was a Founding Member at Big Haystack Labs from January 2018 to March 2024, dedicated to scaling tech enterprises without the use of cold calls. Additionally, Alan contributed to the recruitment efforts at Gotham Source Partners and Grand Central Tech from January 2015 to January 2018, ensuring the successful placement of talent in high-potential startups. Prior to these roles, Alan served as a Strategic Advisor and On-Site Manager at Livin 'EZ' Docks, where a 45% growth roadmap was established.
