Barbara Wilson

Barbara Wilson currently serves as the Director of Enterprise and Data Services at School District 27J, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Barbara was the Vice President of Technology Programs at Ampcus Inc from January 2022 to September 2024. Barbara has extensive experience in information technology management, having worked as a Senior Information Technology Manager at Metro Water Recovery from January 2013 to January 2022 and as a Senior IT Manager at the Water Department of the City of Fort Worth from January 2007 to January 2013. Early career roles included Software Tester at FNX Limited from January 1997 to December 2001 and Purchasing Clerk at McNeil Consumer Products from 1991 to 1995. Barbara holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Local Government from the University of North Texas (2002-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Saint Joseph's University.
