Erik Fernholm

Erik Fernholm has a diverse work experience. Erik is the co-founder and board member of Inner Development Goals, a non-profit organization that focuses on bringing the power of inner development to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Erik is also a member of The ForeSight Group Strike Team, which works with management teams and philanthropists to achieve significant long-term impact.

In 2016, Erik became a board member and co-founder of 29k, the world's first non-profit and free platform for inner development and mental health. Erik served as the CEO and played a role similar to a system architect.

Erik is also a member of the board of directors for Ekskäret Foundation, a Swedish non-profit organization that facilitates the co-creation of a conscious and sustainable society.

Prior to this, Erik was the owner of Bättre Skolor, a position they held from 2010 to 2018. Erik also owned Lyckoaktivist.se, where they made happiness research and positive psychology understandable and useful for organizations, companies, and individuals.

In 2009, Erik served as the chairman of Sveriges Akademiska Coacher, where they founded a strong student union and organized various conferences and workshops.

Before that, Erik founded and owned Sveriges Kitecenter HB and Gotlands Kiteskola, where they taught kitesurfing and achieved recognition in the industry.

Erik Fernholm attended Uppsala University from 2007 to 2008, where they focused on the field of study of Cultural Anthropology. Erik then continued their education at the University of Skövde from 2008 to 2011, where they engaged in studies related to Cognitive Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, and Psychological Coaching.
