Maja Nikolić

Maja Nikolić has worked in the Human Resources field since 2016. Maja began their career at Ubisoft as a Human Resources Specialist and HR Asistent. In 2019, they joined EVOZOME as an Operations Consultant and Operations Manager. Maja is currently employed at 2am. technologies as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In this role, they provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. Maja also analyzes trends in compensation and benefits and creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide employee internal development opportunities.

Maja Nikolić obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy, between 2008 and 2013.
