Africa Munyama has over 20 years of experience in market research and consultancy, primarily within the field of qualitative research. Africa started their career as a Senior Researcher at Cragg Ross Dawson in 2000, where they supported Directors in managing and delivering complex research projects. Africa was responsible for designing and implementing qualitative research studies, managing fieldwork, conducting interviews and focus group discussions, analyzing data, and reporting and presenting research findings. In 2009, Africa joined 2CV as a Research Director, where they took a more comprehensive role in all aspects of full-service market research. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing research methodologies, leading research projects from proposal development to implementation and communication of results, managing and developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Africa's expertise lies in designing and executing qualitative research studies, data analysis, and presenting research findings to clients.

Africa Munyama attended the University of Leeds from 1989 to 1992, where they completed a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree. In 1992, they briefly studied at The College of Law, focusing on Law.
