Kenny Doria

Kenny Doria is a Senior RAN Engineer at 2degrees, with a strong background in customer lifecycle improvement and technical leadership in the 5G/4G Cluster Optimisation Initiative. Recognized as the 2degrees Technology Customer Champion in 2022, Kenny has also developed essential training programs for customer care teams and created various data dashboards. Previously, Kenny served at Vodafone New Zealand as the RAN Regional Performance & Optimisation Lead, where major achievements included establishing mobile customer query processes and leading automation initiatives. During a progressive career, Kenny held various roles, including a teaching assistant and researcher at The University of Auckland, while earning a dual degree in Commerce and Engineering.
