Adiel Morales Burgos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adiel started their career as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician in the USAF Civil Engineer from November 2007 to May 2012. In this role, they prepared reports, created schedules, and performed inspections on HVAC equipment.

Adiel then worked as a Propulsion Systems Analyst at Pratt & Whitney from August 2017 to January 2018. Adiel provided support for commercial applications and delivered status reports on engine behavior.

From March 2019 to January 2020, Adiel served as an Analyst of Equipment and Maintenance at Arcos Dorados. Adiel supervised technicians, managed budgets, and worked on improvement projects.

Adiel joined the USPTO as a Patent Examiner from January 2018 to August 2018, where they received legal training on the patent examination process.

Adiel Morales Burgos completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico from 2012 to 2017. In 2023 and 2024, Adiel pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus. Additionally, Adiel obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021. They also received certifications in Premier Certified Energy Manager Training Program, 30-hour Construction Safety and Health, and PMP Certification Training Course.
