Taylor Halperin

Taylor Halperin is currently a Counsel at 2Morrow. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Consultant at Neu, Inc., a Senior Advisor at Nube9, and an EvoEco. Halperin has also held the title of General Counsel at RosHub Inc and Legal Coordinator at Matcherino.com.

Halperin has experience with intellectual property audits, advising companies on regulatory compliance issues, conducting research, and presenting findings to boards. They have also helped companies through the process of raising capital and worked with outside counsel to evaluate and handle legal risk. Additionally, Halperin has experience developing long-term strategies for supply chain management, data licensing, and intellectual property protection/monetization.

Taylor Halperin attended the University of Washington School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in environmental law. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in political science and history at Williams College. They also hold a high school diploma from Seattle Academy of Arts & Sciences, where they graduated with high honors.

Their manager is Jo Masterson, Co-founder & CEO. They work with Kim Hansen - CTO, Brandon Masterson - Founder & COO, and Ryan Shanahan - IT/Security Operations Lead.
