Elizabeth Lester

Elizabeth Lester serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Equifax since April 2015, where responsibilities include developing and enforcing intellectual property rights, negotiating technology transactions, and supporting privacy and information security efforts. As the Vice-Chair of the IP Education & Awareness Pillar on the Executive Board of the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance, Elizabeth leads initiatives aimed at making intellectual property more accessible to diverse audiences. Additionally, Elizabeth has experience as a board member for the Intellectual Property Owners Association and previously chaired the Team in Training Georgia Chapter for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, focusing on recruitment and fundraising strategies. Elizabeth holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and an MS in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
