Vishal Sharma

Vishal Sharma is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering and Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Broadridge since June 2021, Vishal previously held the position of Vice President in Architecture and Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included leading API Management initiatives and collaborating on application development and systems architecture. Other notable roles include Manager in Advisory at PwC, Integration Architect at Prudential Financial and KeyBank, and various positions at Cognizant and Xavient Digital, contributing to API strategies and middleware solutions. Vishal holds an Executive Education degree in Financial Technology from Harvard Business School and a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. Currently, Vishal serves on the Board of Advisors for 2nd Wallet.
