Wim van Ogtrop

Wim van Ogtrop has extensive experience in the field of childcare and organizational leadership. Since 1998, Wim has served as a board member for bdKO, an association for childcare directors, and has taken on significant leadership roles, including as director at 2Samen, overseeing about 80 locations and 1200 employees in the Den Haag area. Additionally, Wim has been chairing a steering group focused on training and working agreements in childcare since 2010. As a member of KIK, Wim contributes to initiatives aimed at improving quality in not-for-profit childcare. Other roles include board membership at Vakantiepas Den Haag, which provides discounted access to events for children, and prior positions at nibo and the Municipality of Amsterdam. Wim holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has a background in the performing arts from Theaterschool Amsterdam.
