Roger Phillips

Roger Phillips has extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Roger is currently working as the Group Financial Director at 2San since August 2022. Before joining 2San, they worked at Vodafone as the Senior Manager in Cost Transformation Leadership & Key Department Finance Business Partner since June 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Vodafone, including Senior Manager in Finance Business Partner, Benefit Realisation, and Commercial Finance Manager & Business Partner, from June 2016 to April 2021. Roger also worked at Virgin Media as a Finance Business Partner in Long Term Strategy Planning from July 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they were employed at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President from September 2010 to July 2015. Roger started their career at Baker Tilly as a Senior from September 2007 to September 2010. Additionally, Roger has experience as a National Sailing Youth Coach from 2005 to 2007.

Roger Phillips attended the University of Nottingham from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BA Hons in Finance, Accounting & Management. Roger also holds an ACA certification from ICAEW, although the month and year of obtaining the certification are not specified.
