The board of directors at 2TM has a long history of experience in various industries and fields of education. Member have experience as a board member at TC, an entrepreneur at Endeavor Brasil, a founder at Oxygen Swimming, a managing partner at Gear Ventures, an investor at Gear Ventures, and a founder at Mercado Bitcoin. The board also has a wide range of educational backgrounds, including degrees in business administration and management from Universidade de São Paulo, computer science from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, and software architecture from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
