Courtney Lausch

Courtney Lausch is a seasoned creative professional with a diverse background in design and art direction. Currently serving as Vice President of Brand and Creative at 2U since June 2012, Courtney has held multiple roles within the company, advancing from Art Director to Senior Creative Director. Prior experience includes an impactful tenure as Art Director at North Charles Street Design Organization, where Courtney specialized in higher education design projects for notable clients like Illinois Institute of Technology and Yeshiva University. Additionally, Courtney has contributed as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line since January 2018 and has worked as a freelance Graphic Designer, focusing on identity projects and event promotion. An alum of the University of Baltimore, holding a Master's degree in Publications Design, from Maryland Institute College of Art, and Long Island University, Courtney brings a strong educational foundation to the field.
