Heather Dexter

Heather Dexter has an extensive background in operations and human resources, spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. At 2U, Heather has held several senior positions, including SVP of Partner Operations and SVP of Partner Management, since joining the company in October 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Smarterville, Inc. and holding multiple HR roles at Educate, Inc. and Sylvan Learning Systems. Early in the career, Heather worked as a Benefits Specialist at Chestnut Lodge Hospital and was HR Director at HCR ManorCare. Educational credentials include a BS in Family Studies from the University of Maryland, with prior studies at Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
