Jaimie Carvalho

Jaimie Carvalho is a skilled People Process Designer at 2U, focusing on creating scalable, people-centric HR processes to enhance employee experience and promote organizational efficiency. Prior experience as a Recruiter at 2U involved collaborating with executive leaders to establish metric-based hiring processes, successfully closing over 150 positions at various levels. Jaimie also served as a Program Liaison and International Coordinator at Northeastern University, managing recruitment, staffing plans, and student experiences across international sites, along with budgeting and curriculum development.
