Julie White, Ed.D., currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Maryland Global Campus since January 2024. With extensive experience in organizational development, Julie has been Director of Organizational Development and previously Senior Manager at 2U since November 2017, contributing to the advancement of digital education. Additionally, Julie operates as a Career Advisor for Box of Rain, guiding students in career readiness and exploration since January 2017. Previously, Julie worked as a Career Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison and held a Senior Consultant position at Strategic Development Associates from 2002 to October 2017, where expertise in talent development and management coaching was utilized. Earlier career roles included Business Owner at Huntington Learning Center and positions at Allegis Group. Julie holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California and has master's and bachelor's degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and Towson University, respectively.
