Lauren Muller

Lauren Muller is an experienced leader in student success with a current role as Director of Student Success at GetSmarter®, a brand of 2U Inc., since September 2018, where 2U, Inc. partners with top universities to enhance digital education. Prior to this role, Lauren served as Student Success Team Lead, Lead Course Coach, and Course Coach at GetSmarter, contributing to the improvement of customer experience and student performance in online courses. Lauren's background also includes trauma counselling at The Trauma Centre for Survivors of Violence and Torture and tutoring psychology at the University of the Western Cape. Lauren holds a BA Honours in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Western Cape.
