Melissa Hmelnicky

Melissa Hmelnicky is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in partner marketing and brand strategy. Currently serving as Director of Partner Marketing at 2U since March 2022, Melissa oversees a team of Partner Marketing Leads and manages relationships with over 20 University Partners, enhancing the marketing strategy for an expansive portfolio of educational products. Previously, as a Senior Manager at 2U, Melissa played a pivotal role in similar responsibilities. Earlier experience includes leading the first fully integrated campaign at Hattaway Communications and serving as Senior Marketing Manager at NPR, where Melissa significantly impacted audience engagement through strategic marketing of podcasts and programs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from The Catholic University of America.
