Michael J. Wiles, MSHRD, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent development and business partnering. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner in Talent Development at 2U since April 2023, Michael previously held key roles at CBRE as a Business Partner in People from August 2018 to July 2021, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Integrace from May 2015 to September 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group and Human Resources Associate at Baltimore City Community College.
