Melissa Olague

Melissa Olague, AWI-CH, is an accomplished Employee Relations Business Partner at Asana since October 2020, where the focus is on fostering productive relationships and collaboration among the People Team, Legal, and Compliance. Prior to Asana, Melissa held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Patreon, the first HRBP at the company, and contributed to building HR operations and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include People Operations Business Partner at Intercom and Associate Human Resources Business Partner at Yelp, supported by foundational HR experience at AppDirect and various coordinator positions at the University of California San Diego. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Human Rights from UC San Diego.
