Millette Granville

Millette Granville, CDP, serves as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at 2U, where strategic leadership on global equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives is provided. With a career spanning over two decades, Millette has held significant roles including Vice President of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organizational Development at Food Lion, and has led diversity and engagement initiatives at Delhaize America and Time Warner Cable. Millette's expertise in developing and implementing D&I strategies across various organizations is complemented by a history of awards and recognition, including the “Who’s Who in Black Charlotte Magazine” and multiple Shared Success Awards. Millette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama.
