Scott Ooms has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Scott started their career in 2007 at Corinthian Colleges, Inc., where they held positions such as Call Center Manager - Quality and Training and Director of Marketing Call Center. In 2014, they joined Zenith Education Group as the Director of Advertising. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Phoenix Energy Technologies as the Service Center Operations Manager. Currently, they are employed at 3 Day Blinds, where they have served as the Director of Appointment Services and is currently the Director of Customer Care.

Scott Ooms obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UCLA in 2005.
