Alec Sosnowski

Alec Sosnowski is currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Redaptive, Inc. and participates as a Climatebase Fellow with Climatebase, contributing to Cohort 4. Prior to these roles, Alec spent nearly 16 years at Google, where notable positions included Senior UX Program Manager for Google Workspace and Team Lead for Product & Support Operations. Achievements at Google included significantly reducing product delivery timelines and improving user satisfaction across various Google Workspace applications. Alec's career also features leadership roles in product marketing and account management within DoubleClick, driving substantial revenue growth for programmatic media and advertising clients. Alec holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a program focused on climate change at Terra.do in 2023.
