Jennifer Emberton, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer currently works as a Data Support Specialist at 3 Enrollment Marketing, Inc., where they serve as a liaison between the data team and the product team, ensuring smooth hand-offs and timely delivery. Jennifer is an expert in product delivery processes and provides education, support, and training to other teams and partners.

Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked as a District Digital Learning Coach at Allen County School District from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they designed and delivered technical training and development for staff. Jennifer also created training manuals, e-learning courses, and materials, and managed technology integration performance district-wide through Clever.

Before joining the school district, Jennifer served as a GoTeachKy Ambassador at the Department of Education, Commonwealth of Kentucky from 2019 to 2021. Jennifer was one of the twelve teachers selected to promote the teaching profession and aimed to inspire students in high school and college to consider teaching as a career. Additionally, they communicated with potential and current teachers to highlight the rewards and opportunities associated with teaching.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Teacher at Franklin Simpson Middle School from 2012 to 2020, where they developed a complete computer science curriculum and utilized data analysis to drive instructional needs. Jennifer also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Allen County School District from 2010 to 2012.

In the early stages of their career, Jennifer worked as an Area Retail Manager at Bluegrass Cellular from 2000 to 2007. In this role, they led a team to achieve store sale goals, managed human resources for the retail store, and created learning materials for new hires.

Jennifer Emberton, Ed.D. has an extensive education history. Jennifer earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Middle grades education from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued further studies and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Library and Information Science at the same institution, between 2012 and 2015. Later on, Jennifer went on to attend Morehead State University, where they obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their degrees, Jennifer Emberton has acquired various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jennifer obtained a K12 Educational Technology Endorsement from Morehead State University in May 2017. Furthermore, they earned a Kentucky Technology Education K12 Certification from Western Kentucky University in May 2015. Jennifer has also received two certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop): they became a Google for Education Certified Coach in April 2021 and a Google for Education Certified Trainer in March 2021. These certifications further demonstrate their commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the educational field.
