Natalie Field

Natalie Field is a seasoned professional in the creative and advertising industry, currently serving as the People and Culture Director at 303 MullenLowe since July 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie held various leadership positions at DDB Group Australia, including Head of Creative Resource and Creative Resource Manager, from January 2016 to June 2021. Experience at Y&R NZ as both Creative Services Director and Creative Services Manager spanned from April 2013 to January 2016. Natalie’s career also includes significant roles at Wunderman as Senior Traffic Manager and Traffic Manager, JWT as Account Manager, Clemenger BBDO as Account Manager, and Colenso BBDO in roles ranging from Account Executive to Account Manager. Academically, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Communications in Advertising and a CAANZ Account Management degree from Auckland University of Technology, alongside a Bursary from Diocesan School for Girls.
