Kai C Chan

Kai C Chan has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of health analytics, data mining, and clinical analysis.

Kai C currently works as a Manager of Health Analytics at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, where they are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of essential workers and their families. Kai C supports hospital partnership programs and advocates for lower hospital costs for members.

Prior to their current position, Kai held the role of Director of Healthcare Analytics & Data Mining at Brighton Health Plan Solutions. In this role, they mentored actuarial students and provided data analytics support. Kai C also developed and presented video maps of hospital systems' coverage to assess market penetration.

Kai C also worked at Health Net as a Senior Health Economist, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as a Project Manager in the medical field, HIP (currently EmblemHealth) as an Assistant Manager in Medical Economics, and Coopers&Lybrand (currently PwC) as an Associate in Group Health & Welfare.

Kai C Chan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from New York University. Additionally, they have studied Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
