Jen Lamontagne

Jen Lamontagne has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a 2008 Corps Member for Teach For America. In the same year, they were also selected from approximately 20,000 applicants nationwide to join the NYC Department of Education as a Teacher, where they worked to meet the needs of at-risk students and achieved over a year of progress in reading and reached a class average of about 80% mastery of the New York State math standards. In 2013, they became the Manager, Talent & Recruitment for the East Harlem Tutorial Program, where they developed and implemented current recruitment/selection strategy and timeline for a diverse organization of 130+ employees.

In 2015, Jen joined AOL as an Associate Video Client Services Manager, where they handled Pre-sale for video client service managers via the ONE Video and FreeWheel ad servers and Salesforce, monitored video campaign performance in Caspr, ONE Video, and 3rd party data vendors, and conducted post sale optimizations for Procter and Gamble viewability campaigns. In 2016, they joined ONE by AOL: Publishers as a Video Analyst, where they monitored and promoted the health of specific publisher accounts through daily reporting and analysis and provided more extensive, in-depth analysis for selected publishers participating in AOL’s Ad Assurance Program. Jen also joined Oath as an Analyst, Inventory Operations, where they merchandised all direct programmatic publisher inventory across ONE by AOL: Display, Video, and Mobile and supported Publisher Account Executives as they launched and onboarded new publishers.

In 2018, Jen joined Roku Inc. as Manager, Inventory Management and Senior Analyst, Inventory Management. Currently, they are a Senior Yield Analyst at 33Across Inc.

Jen Lamontagne completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Spanish at Emory University from 2004 to 2008. Jen then went on to receive a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Pace University between 2008 and 2010.
