Florian Rudolph

Florian Rudolph currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources at 350.org since March 2024 and also holds a position as a Board Member at Resonate since July 2022. Previously, Florian was the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at the Center for Civilians in Conflict from June 2021 to March 2024. In 2021, Florian worked as a consultant for both One Acre Fund and Resonate, and prior to that, held the role of People Operations Director and People Operations Manager at One Acre Fund from March 2014 to December 2020. Florian’s early career included consultancy roles at HR UNIVERSAL GmbH and Kienbaum Management Consultants, along with volunteer work at Cause Première and an internship at rarecompany AG. Florian obtained a Master of Arts degree in Educational Science, Psychology, and Public Law from Heidelberg University between 2004 and 2010.
