Rob Saunders

Rob Saunders is the current Head of Operations at 350.org, a position they have held since February 2021.

Prior to this, Saunders was with the British Red Cross from November 2019 to February 2021 as their Transformation Programme Manager, leading the change process of fundraising for the organization.

Before that, they were the Head of Operations for Enough Food for Everyone 'IF' campaign from May 2012 to July 2013, overseeing operations for the coalition of 210 charities.

Saunders has also served as Treasurer for People & Planet - UK student campaigning organisation from February 2012 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the governance of the student-led campaigning movement with its circular management structure.

From July 2013 to June 2019, Saunders was with Oxfam as their Transformation Lead. In this role, they project managed the response to the Oxfam crisis.

Saunders began their career with Oxfam in November 2001 as Head of Planning & Operations for Oxfam Shops, overseeing operations for the largest UK charity shop network.

They are on a team with Benson Imoh - Lead Developer, Ilan Zugman - Latin America Managing Director, and Cam Fenton - Canada Team Leader. Rob Saunders reports to May Boeve, Executive Director.
