Sisilia Nurmala Dewi is the current Indonesia Team Leader at 350.org. Sisilia has previous experience working as a coordinator for the Joint Secretariat for International Tenure Conference 2017 and as a Project Officer for the Partnership for Peatland Restoration Agency Indonesia. Sisilia also has experience as Head of Advocacy and Campaign for HuMa Association and as Coordinator of Climate and Forestry Cluster for HuMa (Association for Community and Ecological Based Law Reform). In their previous positions, they have been responsible for conducting climate-related law and policy research, preparing workshops and trainings for community law facilitators, managing a national network working on climate, forestry and community issues, attending and observing international climate negotiations, writing and publishing law and policy analysis, and negotiating with the Indonesian government to provide legal frameworks which are in favor of environment and community rights.

Sisilia Nurmala Dewi has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Indonesia and a Santa Ursula BSD Senior High School. Sisilia is currently studying at the Santa Ursula BSD Senior High School.
